I found that if Wrose took my Sots 3 hours before and 1, mg of Vitamin C an hour before my shots that it really helped. I've not found any benefit from the antihistamines so the doc took me off them just before I started allergy shots. Perhaps I should use them just when I'm taking my allergy shots?
